Heading towards the far west of Nepal, the remoteness is more true to life. Preserved by such remoteness is its native lifestyle, culture,  language, occupation, agriculture, food, etc. Agriculture, including livestock and poultry, is the major engagement of people here. Because of its remoteness, improved varieties and breeds have relatively poor penetration. As a result, the uses of local landraces are less disrupted and remain in the natural gene pool. Despite its poor yield, these traditional local races offer certain economically beneficial characteristics, like stress and disease resistance, and other adaptive features. Back then was the time when people had a same way of perceiving things and their reaction to those things were alike and they acted accordingly in a monotonous manner. But now, young people have their own ways of perception, action and reaction. This is what makes the youth today capable of bringing positive transformations. The most effective way to improve the lives of millions, especially in developing country like Nepal, is to promote agriculture. In 2016/17 agricultural contribution in GDP of Nepal was 28.8 % which is expected to be 27.6% this running year.
